IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW:
At this time we are only supplying wholesale orders to Wisconsin businesses
Our minimum order is 24 candles.
We are a very small business and keep limited quantities in stock
Our turnaround is about 1 week, but may take longer depending on the size of your order.
Please contact us to place your wholesale order. You will be invoiced for the order once placed.
Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs, which will be determined at the time of shipment. Your shipping costs will be invoiced to you at that time.
All orders must be paid IN FULL before they are shipped.
Local pick-up and delivery available for Wisconsin businesses close to Madison. Ask for more info.

BECOMING A RETAILER
To start selling Ambrosia Flame Candles in your retail store or boutique please contact us at email@example.com
24 Candles for wholesale orders.
All orders must be paid in full before orders can be processed and shipped.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICING
We recommend following the MSRP listed in our most current Wholesale Guide, but retail prices are subject to your discretion. Please note that you may NOT sell our candles for lower than 25% of retail value to help protect the integrity of Ambrosia Flame Candles. This includes temporary sales or specials.
Retail pricing has recently been updated to reflect the following MSRP:
4 oz. Jars - $8 - $11
8 oz. Jars & Tins - $15 - $18
16 oz. Jars - $29 - $32
PACKAGING + DISPLAY
All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Ambrosia Flame Candle labels MUST NOT BE REMOVED from candle jars and tins.
Shipping costs will be assessed once your order is ready for shipment. You will receive a separate invoice reflecting the shipping costs for your order. Depending on the size of your order, it will ship at the lowest available rate via UPS or USPS from Madison, WI once paid in full. Orders usually arrive within 2-3 days. You will be provided with a tracking number when your order ships. Please notify us if you have a desired shipping method or would like to pay for expedited shipping.
Ambrosia Flame Candles is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Once payment has been submitted, please allow about a week for your order to be processed, packaged, and shipped. You will be notified if your order will take longer than a week, due to larger orders.
CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We request that all cancellations or changes to orders be submitted via email within 24 hours of placing the order. Please inspect your order upon arrival for any discrepancies and contact us within 48 hours to request a return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges later than 14 days after shipment. Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns and/or exchanges and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, in addition to any shipping charges incurred. Any return shipped and received back to Ambrosia Flame Candles broken because of inadequate packing material will not be credited. Contact us if you would like a sample before your first purchase. If your order was damaged in transit, please email us with photos of any damage to discuss a refund or replacements. Used and/or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
