Sustainability
Environmental sustainability is very important to Ambrosia Flame Candles. From creating natural candles to using responsible shipping materials, we are committed to making every aspect of our business as environmentally friendly as possible. These are the ways in which we are consciously making this happen:
Natural Candles
We use 100% soy wax, which is all-natural from USA grown soybeans and is biodegradable

Our candles are poured into recyclable/reusable glass jars

Wicks are cotton woven with paper threads and are zinc and lead free
​
The fragrance oils we use are phthalate-free and adhere to RIFM and IFRA standards for safety and purity
​
We are in the process of phasing out the plastic containers we use for our wax melts. Going forward we will be using kraft pouches made from 100% compostable materials
Shipping
Shipping boxes are 100% recyclable cardboard
​
Our candles are wrapped in degradable honeycomb cushioning paper and recycled tissue paper
Kraft packing paper is 100% recyclable
​
We have switched to using reinforced paper packaging tape to reduce using any plastic
waste
​
Biodegradable peanuts are made from entirely renewable resources and are 100% bio-degradable and compostable
